Profiel van de geschikte interim professional:

HND in Building Surveying or a related discipline

Membership of a relevant professional body such as CIOB, RICS.

IOSH or NEBOSH certificate in health & safety

Experience of inspecting residential properties and specifying repair or refurbishment works

Experience of assessing aids and adaptations requirements and feasibility

Ability to prepare accurate schedules of work and cost estimates

Experience of monitoring contractors to ensure work is completed within specification, by target date and budget.

Ability to liaise effectively with residents and stakeholders and possesses good written, numerical and IT skills.

Experience of using works order systems.
