Profiel van de geschikte interim professional:

At least 10 years of experience in project or programme management, demonstrated through warehousing, logistics, supply chain operations or industrial transformation projects
Demonstrated ability to build governance structures and lead several parallel workstreams in operational change initiatives, such as warehouse reorganization, capacity expansion or WMS/ERP implementation
Ability to stabilize operations under pressure while running a parallel project, e.g. in a crisis or turnaround context
Strong grasp of warehouse operations, covering inbound, storage, internal supply, outbound, inventory control and repair/return flows
Familiarity with SAP logistics modules such as WM/EWM, IM and MM is an advantage
Background in capacity analysis, warehouse layout design and material flow optimization is a plus
Background in tracking budgets at project or cost-center level is a plus
Working knowledge of MS Project or a similar tool, along with MS Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with Power BI is a plus
Familiarity with EHS standards applicable to industrial sites is an asset
Able to bring structure and calm under pressure, prioritize sharply and work within a limited time budget
Able to lead without formal hierarchy and coach junior or medior project staff
Strong communication skills with operational teams and management
A practical, hands-on mindset paired with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Able to work autonomously with limited supervision
Bachelor's or master's degree in supply chain management, logistics, industrial engineering or a related discipline, or equivalent experience
A project management certification such as PMP, PRINCE2 or IPMA is a plus
Lean or Six Sigma certification (e.g. Green Belt) is a plus
VCA site safety certification to be confirmed
Fluent Dutch and a good to fluent level of English
Able to work on-site in Hoboken on project days
