Profiel van de geschikte interim professional:

Proven experience as a Project Manager in warehouse automation, mechanization or intralogistics environments, or large-scale distribution center projects
Solid knowledge of fresh-food logistics and warehouse operations
Background working alongside warehouse automation/mechanization vendors, integrators and suppliers
Demonstrated ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder, multidisciplinary projects
Track record of converting business and operational requirements into technical solutions and specifications
Well-developed skills in stakeholder management, facilitation, communication and negotiation
Strong organizational skills and command of project governance
Fluent command of English plus French or Dutch at a professional level
Experience with Design & Build and Service & Maintenance contracts (nice-to-have)
Knowledge of performance specifications and acceptance testing procedures (nice-to-have)
Trilingual proficiency in Dutch, French and English (nice-to-have)
