IT Business Analysis & Product Ownership

Profiel van de geschikte interim professional:

At least 10 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a comparable role
Experience in complex, operational business environments
Strong skills in analysing and designing processes with many exceptions and changing rules
Experience converting complex operational requirements into scalable process and system solutions
Track record in supporting business transformation projects and driving adoption of new tools
Strong feel for operational, workforce-intensive settings
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
Good analytical and problem-solving ability
Curious, proactive and solution-oriented attitude
Able to work independently and take ownership of deliverables
Fluent in English; Dutch and French are a plus
Knowledge of HR systems such as SAP SuccessFactors or similar tools is a plus
Experience with workforce or resource planning solutions is a plus
Understanding of shift-based work environments is a plus
