Profiel van de geschikte interim professional:

Bachelor's or Master's level of working and thinking, preferably in Supply Chain, Logistics, or Operations
Experience in production planning, supply planning, network planning, or a similar role
Solid understanding of balancing demand and supply
Background in dealing with production capacity, inventory levels, and material limitations
Skilled in scenario planning and decision-making based on multiple constraints
Strong analytical skills and experience working with performance indicators
Background in root cause analysis and continuous improvement practices
Solid skills in stakeholder management and teamwork
Capability to collaborate effectively across factories, markets, and planning teams
Good command of the English language
Knowledge of the Dutch language is a plus
