Architectuur & Ontwerp

Profiel van de geschikte interim professional:

Have proven experience at Senior or Lead Engineer level with a strong track record of technical problem-solving and sound engineering decisions.
Have a strong background in mechanical design and integration of electronic hardware systems such as sensors, control units, harnesses, panels and support structures.
Be proficient in 3D CAD design, particularly Creo, with knowledge of Creo Cabling seen as a strong advantage.
Have experience with engineering analysis and validation tools including GD&T, DFMEA, DVA, FEA and ANSYS Workbench.
Be able to collaborate effectively across engineering, manufacturing, quality and other functions.
Have a strong understanding of systems engineering and requirements management, translating stakeholder needs into technical specifications.
Be able to lead complex projects, manage ambiguity, drive design reviews and own technical deliverables.
Have excellent communication, leadership and mentoring skills, and the ability to influence technical direction and build professional networks.
Be able to commute to Daventry and start in November.
