Eisen


  • Accept requirements and hiring terms (rate all in, ao commuting costs, excl VAT).

  • In the event of an award, it is mandatory for the candidate/supplier to request a Certificate of Conduct (VOG) for the candidate, covering job aspects 11, 12, and 13. The costs associated with this are entirely the responsibility of the candidate/supplier and cannot be charged to Airbus.

  • The supplier/freelancer agrees to the General Terms and Conditions and the Client-Specific Conditions (CSC) of Airbus, which can be found on the Airbus Hiring Desk website.

  • Minimum Bachelor Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Aerospace or optionally Software).

  • Minimum 3 years experience in a similar role as Product Assurance Engineer.

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, & PowerPoint) and Google Suite (GMail, Docs, Sheets, Slides) required.

  • Soft skills:

    • (very) process minded,

    • capable of working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment both independently and collectively,

    • team player demonstrating a positive & collaborative attitude,

    • good interpersonal skills, flexibility and adaptability.



  • Must be able to communication effectively in English (verbal and written).

  • Occasionally business trips are required. Preferably 3 to 4 office days per week, work from home is flexible. Candidate is aware and agrees to this. Details can be discussed during the job interview if the candidate is selected.



Gunningscriteria


  • Minimum from 3 to 5 years of experience in the Quality domain preferably:

    • 5+ years experience in the Quality domain (10 Punten),

    • 5+ years experience not in the Quality domain (4 Punten),

    • 3+ years experience in the Quality domain (6 Punten),

    • Less than 3 years experience in the Quality domain (2 Punten),

    • Less than 5 years experience not in the Quality domain (0 Punten).



  • Preferably experience in the Aerospace sector in a similar position within the Quality domain:

    • Yes, experience in the Aerospace sector in a similar position within the Quality domain (10 Punten),

    • Yes, experience in the Aerospace sector in a similar position or within the Quality domain (8 Punten),

    • Yes, experience in the Aerospace sector (5 Punten),

    • No experience in the Aerospace sector (0 Punten).



  • Preferably having experience in a series production environment:

    • Yes (5 Punten),

    • No (0 Punten).



  • Conversational in Dutch is a plus, but not required:

    • Yes (2 Punten),

    • No (0 Punten).
