Planning, Control & Analysis

Profiel van de geschikte interim professional:

Bachelor's or master's degree in Finance, Business Economics, Accounting, or similar
Demonstrable experience in business controlling, FP&A, or operational finance
Strong knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, financial models, and variance analysis
Experience with plant operations, manufacturing, or supply chain is a plus
Ability to assess investments and translate financial data into actionable insights
Experience with reporting systems; familiarity with Magnitude is an advantage
Solid skills in analysis, problem-solving and managing stakeholders
Ability to collaborate effectively with senior management and cross-functional teams
Proactive, structured work approach and comfortable with multiple priorities
Fluent in English, additional languages are a plus
