Profiel van de geschikte interim professional:

Have at least 3-5 years of relevant experience
Be fluent in English, Dutch or French with adequate knowledge of the other languages, and communicate fluently in English
Preferably hold a master's degree in engineering, commercial engineering or economics with interest in a technical environment
Show strong interest in the energy sector and understanding of the electricity market
Demonstrate strong analytical skills able to handle complex processes
Translate abstract strategic objectives into realistic solutions and quantitative analyses
Have experience with statistical methods such as machine learning for large data sets
Be skilled in Excel and willing to work with Python or similar languages, plus good knowledge of Word, PowerPoint and Outlook
Combine operational and conceptual tasks, organise work autonomously and prioritise well
Show a proactive, detail-oriented and results-driven attitude with good organisational and project management abilities
