Bachelor's degree
At least 2 years of experience in talent acquisition, recruitment or HR with substantial recruitment responsibilities
Recruitment background in biotech, pharmaceuticals, life sciences or healthcare preferred
Proven track record in handling end-to-end recruitment processes across various functions and seniority levels
Strong stakeholder management and advisory skills
Excellent communication skills in an international environment
Good organisational skills to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously
Proactive, solution-oriented mindset
High level of professionalism and discretion
Experience with an applicant tracking system; familiarity with enterprise HR systems is an advantage
Proficiency in Microsoft 365
