Profiel van de geschikte interim professional:

Bachelor's or Master's qualification in Engineering, Science or a comparable technical discipline, or equivalent practical experience
Minimum 7 years of relevant experience, including exposure to operations or manufacturing environments
Thorough practical and theoretical understanding of mechatronics (mechanical, electrical and control interaction)
Strong analytical troubleshooting skills for complex equipment problems
Background as system owner and familiarity with lean maintenance or continuous improvement practices
Experience in a regulated environment such as GMP
Fluent in English (written and spoken); Dutch is an advantage
Willingness to occasionally work outside standard office hours
Solid ability to manage stakeholders and work together with both technical and non-technical teams
