Specific Requirements for PSS
Technical Skills:
Strong understanding of platform technologies, cloud services, and integration patterns.
Certifications (Preferred):
Project Management Professional (PMP), PRINCE2, or equivalent.
Other Requirements:
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.
Familiarity with DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and modern software delivery practices.
Experience with Agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum, SAFe) and tools (e.g., Jira, Azure DevOps).
In-depth knowledge of payments systems, standards, and regulatory requirements.
Agile/Scrum Master certification.
ITIL Foundation or higher.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus).
Demonstrated ability and willingness to share knowledge and present at conferences, seminars, or industry events.
Positioning & Reporting
Reports to the IT Lead and is grouped in chapters with a Chapter Lead IT Integrator.
Not typically part of the IT delivery squad but works closely with delivery squads.
Participate in the IT Integrator community/guild to ensure consistent practices and continuous improvement.
Flexibility
Local circumstances and team sizes may affect reporting lines and responsibilities.
A 70% coverage – 30% flexibility is in line with GJA guidelines.
