Compliance

Profiel van de geschikte interim professional:

Practical experience with Charles River (CRD), especially building and configuring investment compliance rules
Background in investment compliance, portfolio compliance or a similar investment control function
Experience converting investment guidelines into system-based restrictions and monitoring rules
Familiarity with pre- and post-trade compliance monitoring, testing and alert investigation
Knowledge of investment products such as equities, fixed income and derivatives
Strong analytical skills, attention to detail and stakeholder management ability
Exposure to Aladdin or other compliance, trading, IBOR or order management systems is a plus
Understanding of UCITS, AIFMD and relevant EMEA regulatory frameworks is a plus
Experience with automation, AI-enabled tools or rule optimisation is a plus
