The ideal candidate meets the following requirements:



  • 10+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, including proven experience in leading global initiatives;

  • Strong conceptual and strategic skills, with the ability to innovate processes and build TA maturity;

  • Proven leadership experience with the ability to influence stakeholders and ensure smooth adoption of new ways of working;

  • Excellent analytical skills, able to identify root causes and drive pragmatic solutions;

  • Experience with ATS and recruiting technologies (SuccessFactors expertise required) and knowledge of AI/analytics in recruitment;

  • Solid track record in global recruitment operations and managing processes across multiple countries and diverse talent pools;

  • Strong interpersonal skills, a team player who is open, collaborative and results-driven;

  • Fluent in English (Dutch is a plus);

  • Knowledge of SAP and recruiting tools is a must.
