Profiel van de geschikte interim professional:

Broad track record leading data migration in international transformation programs
Proven track record with Workday data migration projects
Deep knowledge of SAP HCM, SAP Payroll or similar HR systems
Track record in executing data migrations for multinational rollout programs
Good grasp of data mapping, data modeling, ETL processes and data quality management
Familiarity with payroll data migrations and HR processes spanning multiple countries
Experience with large-scale transformation and harmonization initiatives
Strong technical focus, with hands-on migration skills valued above traditional project management
Structured, pragmatic and solution-oriented approach
Strong skills in stakeholder management and communication
Strong sense of ownership combined with the ability to work independently
Experience in international and multicultural project teams
Fluent English, mandatory
