Training & Management Development

Profiel van de geschikte interim professional:

Proven background in freight forwarding (mandatory)
Experience setting up, centralising or optimising back-office, customer service or shared service operations
Solid understanding of the freight forwarding process from quotation to invoicing
Practical experience working with CargoWise or a similar platform
Track record of delivering change and process improvements in operational teams
Strong analytical skills reviewing volumes, throughput and performance metrics
Experience leading operational teams in fast-paced environments
Ability to design and personally implement practical solutions
Solid stakeholder management skills combined with good communication in Dutch and English
Availability for a short-notice start and full-time on-site work in Rotterdam
ZZP registration and residency in the Netherlands
