Profiel van de geschikte interim professional:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration or a comparable discipline
Minimum of 5 years of experience in an HR Advisory role within an international organization
Proven track record advising managers and employees on a broad range of HR matters
Strong understanding of HR policies, employee lifecycle processes, performance management and absence management
Track record of involvement in HR projects and process improvement initiatives
Strong prioritization and organizational skills, able to manage multiple stakeholders and deadlines
High level of integrity, professionalism and organizational awareness
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Dutch and English
Team-oriented, flexible and detail-oriented working style
Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management abilities, able to challenge and advise constructively
Valid Certificate of Conduct (VOG) required before starting
