Track record of providing support on large-scale infrastructure or energy projects
Strong background in UK commercial contracts and EPC/EPCI/construction/engineering/O&M agreements
Track record managing external legal advisers within multidisciplinary teams
Strong stakeholder management skills with senior leaders in complex settings
Capability to work independently while collaborating across teams
Experience with cross-border (UK/Germany) legal matters related to development or environmental consents
Experience supporting procurement strategies for large-scale EPC/EPCI/O&M contracts
Desirable: background in electricity transmission, offshore wind, subsea infrastructure or utilities, environmental consenting, multinational legal functions, project finance or long-term operations arrangements
