Profiel van de geschikte interim professional:

At least 5 years of experience in Operational Risk, Non-Financial Risk, Enterprise Risk Management or a similar role within Insurance, Banking or Financial Services
Hands-on experience performing risk assessments and control testing
Hands-on experience with DORA implementation, operational resilience or ICT risk management
Solid understanding of operational risk frameworks, risk appetite monitoring and governance
Experience engaging with senior stakeholders and presenting risk information
Familiarity with information security, technology risk and AI-related risk topics
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Able to work autonomously in a fast-paced setting
Pragmatic and execution-oriented approach
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
