In Human Resource Management I found my true passion! The combination of the economic, social, financial and people perspective provides a dynamic which never fails to fascinate me. Both generic as well as expert roles have given me the opportunity to explore all area's in this field. 

 My specialization lays within Change, HR Strategy, Talent Management and (Leadership) Development. I love building and facilitating workshops and programs with development as a common denominator. Given my enthousiasm and no-nonsense approach I am able to connect stakeholders on all levels and build bridges in conflicting matters. Having dealt with (international) diversity thought me to analyze, prioritize and address topics head on in order to realize goals while respecting relations.
