Management & Directie HR

Profiel van de geschikte interim professional:

At least 10 years of HR experience, including a senior role as HR Director, Deputy HR Director or Head of Industrial Relations
Substantial background in French industrial relations and collective bargaining
Track record of chairing a CSE
In-depth expertise in French labour law, collective relations, disputes and social risk management
Proven experience in supporting organisational transformation and restructuring, including employee representative consultation
Background working in complex, multi-site or international organisations
Strong credibility with senior executives and employee representatives, with good influencing and negotiation skills
Strong writing and presentation abilities, plus financial analysis and project management skills
Master's degree in labour law, HR management, occupational psychology or industrial relations
Fluent in French and English
Experience in rail, transport or another highly unionised operational environment (desirable)
Experience across multiple legal entities and company agreements (desirable)
Post-merger integration experience (desirable)
Exposure to social strategy in the UK and Belgium (desirable)
Additional training in management, social negotiation or governance (desirable)
Dutch language skills (desirable)
