IT Projectmanagement & ScrumMastering

Profiel van de geschikte interim professional:

Strong domain knowledge of Counterparty Credit Risk, including exposure calculation, PFE, EPE, margining, collateral, netting, limits and wrong-way risk
Hands-on knowledge of CCR methods and regulatory factors, including SA-CCR, IMM, CVA, stress testing, large exposures and Basel/CRR rules
Knowledge of trading products and lifecycle events across derivatives and securities financing transactions, including OTC and cleared derivatives, repo and securities lending
Strong Agile delivery experience with Scrum and/or Kanban combined with disciplined program governance and milestone planning
Proficiency with Jira and Confluence or equivalent delivery tooling, including dashboards, RAID logs and dependency maps
Experience coordinating technology delivery in a banking or financial services environment
Ability to manage plans, milestones, dependencies and delivery actions, and to provide clear updates to stakeholders
