IT Projectmanagement & ScrumMastering

Profiel van de geschikte interim professional:

Strong domain knowledge of Counterparty Credit Risk, including exposure calculation, PFE, EPE, margining, collateral, netting, limits and wrong-way risk
Hands-on knowledge of CCR approaches and related regulatory frameworks, including SA-CCR, IMM, CVA, stress testing and Basel/CRR
Knowledge of trading products and lifecycle events across derivatives and securities financing transactions
Solid Agile delivery experience with Scrum and/or Kanban plus disciplined programme governance
Proficiency with Jira and Confluence or equivalent delivery tools
Track record of steering technology delivery within a banking or financial services setting
Skill in overseeing plans, milestones, dependencies and delivery actions
Experience reporting delivery status to a range of stakeholders
Capacity to spot delivery risks and arrange their follow-up
Background in collaborating with both technology and business teams on delivering change
