IT Consultancy & Advies

Profiel van de geschikte interim professional:

Background in legal, compliance or regulatory advisory within financial services
At least five years of experience in regulatory compliance, cost transparency, process governance or internal controls
Strong knowledge of MiFID II / MiFIR costs-and-charges disclosure requirements, ideally in investment services or brokerage
Track record of translating regulatory requirements into policies, process maps and controls
Strong analytical, written communication and stakeholder-management abilities
Experience working across Finance, Pricing, Legal and Compliance functions
Experience with brokerage remuneration, commission structures, multi-country organisations or Big Four regulatory advisory is a plus
