Has a Bachelor's level of working and thinking ability
Holds a Certified Case Manager certificate (CROV or RCCM/RCMC)
Has at least 3 years of relevant experience as an Absence Case Manager
Has solid knowledge of the Gatekeeper Improvement Act
Possesses strong knowledge of absence and reintegration processes
Has excellent command of Dutch and English, both spoken and written
Has experience within a larger international organization
Works independently with a strong sense of responsibility
Works accurately, in a structured manner, and pragmatically
Has strong planning and organizational skills
Is flexible and able to adapt quickly to changing circumstances
Preferably has experience with XpertSuite and SAP SuccessFactors
Is willing and able to travel between various locations in the eastern Netherlands
