Organization change consultant in logistics

Working as a change consultant in the logistics industry, I have found my passion and strength to be able to recognize and navigate the human factor in processes of change.

My experience in leading operations, warehouse design, supply chain optimization, process (re-) engineering and change management programs, has provided me with insights on enabling correct decision making processes within organizations large and small. As such helping to positively influence continuously changing environments, based on the assumption: the human factor is key in any kind of change program.
