Lead Transformation “E-commerce Solutions". Responsible for the overall course of this priority 1 program; consisting of three project teams (IT, logistics, commercial).

- Plan, control, monitor and execute in terms of cost, timescales and quality
- Create and validate business case.

Phase 1 delivered a cross border delivery solution for e-commerce goods to any address in the world. Phase 2 mainly focussed on improvements of the IT chain, impacting over 20 applications.
