PDM/PAS (Product Development Management & Policy Administration System) 
  • Project Manager in the regional strategic programme aimed at introducing a standardised product development system, operational processes (TOM DD) and new IT systems for the Central Europe region.
  • Implemented target business architecture in Poland, despite the cancellation of the programme at the regional level.
  • Implement product framework allowed to introduce new riders every year. 

Sales Growth Programme 
  • Managed programme consisting of 7 projects aimed at increasing effectiveness and quality of sales, including reporting and monitoring system, segmentation, remuneration, training, recruitment and selection, tooling, etc. 
  • Project has been assessed as success and very well perceived in the Sales Forces, where the introduced solutions brought significant changes. 
  • Developed and negotiated updated remuneration structure -- excellent communication was a key success factor identified by the affected salesforce.
  • Team awarded as best performing team.    
  • Project team: 10 FTE. Project duration: 16 months 

  • Managed project to prepare ING Insurance for separation from ING Group
    Locally structured project with the global governance; close cooperation with the counterpart from Bank. 
  • Project completed with the success and within schedule.

  • Major cost efficiency programme across the whole organisation, spanning: new organizational model, processes, roles and responsibility definitions, and cost allocation.
  • Responsible for the changes in the domain of sales support. 
  • Involved in the creation of new department (Demand Management), with responsibility for the project and portfolio management.
